Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of custom coding, strategy development, and digital service delivery, all payments made to PointAlgo are non-refundable.

Once a project has been initiated, payments will not be refunded, even if the client cancels the project midway.

In rare cases of service failure caused solely by PointAlgo’s inability to deliver as agreed, partial or full refunds may be issued at PointAlgo’s discretion.

No refunds will be made for dissatisfaction based on trading performance, as trading involves inherent risks.

Subscription-based services, if any, can be canceled with prior notice as per agreed terms, but paid amounts remain non-refundable.
